Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Alternatively if you prefer you may send a bankers draft in sterling by post.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is FREE for all orders with the exception of framed orders outside the United Kingdom. A surcharge will also be made for shipping framed orders to Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and islands of the U.K. please phone or e-mail us for more information.

Rolled orders (worldwide air mail) :-
UK and International rolled orders are sent by registered post, and will need to be signed for. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address that will be attended during the day.

Framed orders (U.K. mainland only) :-
UK mainland framed orders will be sent by special courier and will need to be signed for. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address that will be attended during the day.

Framed orders outside the U.K. :-
Black Dog Studios can supply framed orders worldwide please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch rolled print orders within two working days. Framed orders are dispatched within 7 working days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Tax Charges Black Dog Studios is registered in the United Kindom for V.A.T. Registration No 851 9824 95.
Goods purchased from Rupert W. Brooks and Kirsty Bonning's ranges are not registered for VAT.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

From the day of delivery you have 7 days to decide whether the art work meets your approval If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within the 7 days and we will arrange collection from you. Please return the art work in its original packaging.

Should the art work prove to be damaged please contact us immediately and we will either refund or replace the order free of charge. Please repack in original packaging.
